Emu Creek Extreme Retreat, formally known as Emu Creek Bush Getaway is now open again to the public. We have 3500 acres of rugged land ideal for off road enthusiasts, who like there driving/riding, at the top end of difficulty, or those who need to train up for there own, up and coming, trips away and events. With a 350m fall over the property and 15km of creek frontage there is enough diversity to keep you occupied for years.
Emu Creek Extreme Retreat is divided 60/40 in the 4wd's favour, keeping cars and bikes separated, except in some campgrounds, which are shared by all park users. There are five main campgrounds, 2 for cars, 2 shared and 1 at the moto-x/competition area for bikes, (except for special events). For those who have been here in the past, "The Gums" camping area is now a moto-X track, there no showers and limited camping space around the toilets at the Competition Area.
Emu Creek Extreme Retreat has for your comfort and usage 14 hot showers, 24 flushing toilets in modern amenity blocks, and 8 gas BBQ's (main area).
