The terrain of the property varies from open bushland and dry creek beds to towering hills and rocky outcrops. The picturesque Boyne River runs along the eastern side of the park.

Quads are an exciting addition to Manar Park! At the moment Quad riders can use exisiting motorbike and novice bike tracks.Four wheel drive tracks, of which there is some 200 kms are being converted to one way directional loops for use by Quads and four wheel drive vehicles.
Moto Cross Mountain :- (07) 4163 9164 They have a Moto X track, a Super X track & even a kids Motocross track. For the trail riders there's an enduro loop as well as trail riding over the 370 acre property. No dogs allowed at moto x mt. We have 30km of trails made up of 8 loops, none of which are extremely hard, loop 8 was difficult but changes were made to make it more rider friendly for the average to better rider. Riding is limited to enduro loops numbered 1-8 and connecting trails between these loops only. Loops 1-8 are all one way. Connecting trails between loops two way. MotoCross Mountain is just outside of Yarraman at Upper Yarraman and is very easy to find. MotoX Track, SuperX Track and kids MotoX Track The enduro track is 28km long and is broken into 3 sections, the last 7km being quite hard. You are welcome to ride trails & tracks over the property as well. Quads are welcome at Motocross Mountain but are NOT ALLOWED ON THE MOTOX TRACKS Contact Vince

Louee is only 20 minutes drive East of Mudgee and approximately 3 hours drive from Sydney or Newcastle. Louee Features four Motocross Tracks a freestyle compond, special junior track and over 150km of Tracks and Trails designed specifically for off road riding and racing. The property has been the roosting ground for many riders for over 30 years. The complex is run by a bike rider and therefore features all the facilities you would expect to find at a place that specialises in riding OFF ROAD. Facilities include regularly maintained One Way tracks, special areas for juniors, workshop and spare parts backup, track marshals, good to suit all budgets, mechanics, bike wash, bike security, kiosk, first aid and a good set of rules. We pride ourselves on giving you a top ride at LOUEE therefore it is helpful that you book in advance.
