ENDURANCE LOOPS are here to test man and machine, they are not Trail rides... unless you are experienced. There are 4 Loops, 2 in the bike land and 2 in the 4X4 land usable if there are no 4X4's on the park.
The Green Loop is in the bike land and is the main loop indicated by green arrows. It starts at the main mx area and heads over a ridge down to Girrard Ck, where it follows the creek rockery along then winds up a tributary to the top of the ridge again making its way to the back of the property area before meeting the red Loop (or Special stage). It then winds down again to Thunderbirds Pass on Girrard Creek before winding up the next ridge to the back fence line. In a roundabout way the green loop then follows the fence line to the side of the property then down the side fence on top a rocky ridge back to the MX track. On any time on the trip out there a green short tracks that will cut you across to the return home leg, if you have had enough, or just want a shorter ride.
The Red loop or special stage, indicated by red arrows in the motor bike area, Starts at the open area at the base of mount Girrard and winds down the tributary to share part of the green loop, one way- same way, but continues down Girrard Creek to the pyramid rock formation valley witch is deep sandy loam and then winds its way back up the steep mountain of decomposed granite to the beginning again.
The Orange Loop, Indicated by orange arrows, requires management permission, Runs in the 4X4 area. It follows the emu creek flats up 2 km then heads up a long leg pumping climb to the top 400 acre plateau, where it winds its way around gently undulating land, it has 2 steep down hills in this area. For the return trip to home is a long down hill twin track to track 4 where there is a challenging climb to the top of the ridge before the 3km trip back down to the main camping area, For intermediate + riders.
The Yellow loop, indicated by yellow arrows is in the 4X4 area, requires management permission and is the access loop to get to the waterfall. It has been recently upgraded and has a harder Adventure run or an easier intermediate run for sightseers. Problem is you need to be able to get around the orange loop to get to the yellow loop. Upgrades on that will begin next few yrs.
