Now Known as DRAKE BIG DAY OUT

Every year the drake community puts on the Drake big Day Out to raise money for the Westpak rescue Helicopter service and We the staff and many patrons support this great event and would like you all to come and help just one weekend a year and give back to the service you , or someone like you might need one day. Thanks to all who helped make the fundraiser a great day !
Raised 2007 year is $24,000
This year is 20 september 2008, Drake Hotel Motel.

For this weekend Emu Creek Extreme Retreat will only be charging Camping Fees to those who come and spend  and support the Drake big day out. This means Sunday to you is a free riding Day or 4x4 Day.

This year there is a motorcycle, peoples choice , show and shine award for the best Bike. If you have some nice machinery , a Bling bike or even a road bike you would like to bring and display for a price chance, We all would appreciate it. If we have many Dirt Bikers at the event the peoples choice show and shine may go to a dirt bike. There is even a mini Bike class for kids or pit bikes. 

 Four wheel Drivers should not be left out, your big rigs are allways appriciated and considering your need for rescue services as well it would be great to see a greater support from your fraternity as well.
