As stated before we consider there a difference between your towing all wheel drive suburban SUV and a 4X4 competent design machine. Moulded plastic Mudguards is a dead give away for a "all wheel drive", also is moulded plastic skirts. Diving at the park is limited for these vehicles, if you wish to return intact.
SO  Standard 4X4 - Patrol, Landcruiser, Hilux, Rocky, Sierra, Landrover. these vehicles in standard trim are go anywhere vehicles. Weather permitting with driver ability, standard  4X4's can negate 99 % of Emu Creek Extreme Retreat. If you are running bigger wheels and/or off road tyres and/or diff locks then the task  at hand is much easier and the number of extra places you can go in all weather, is of course enlarged.

Well things have been really picking up on the 4X4 Front, thank you to those who have come and supported the park and have discovered it is delightfully like no other park. 4x4 numbers are up and we have had great reports from many clubs. In the last 12 months we have been doing erosion control on all the old tracks and although the rollovers may be too large for many modern allwheel drivers, the access around Emu Creek Extreme Retreat is greatly improved. We have some new Pic nic sites including Girard Falls and Weeping Falls as well as  new lookout areas. We do allow unregistered 4WD's on the property and they have separate camping areas. Driving at the Park will now have the restriction of, no driving in wet weather, so as not to damage unnecessarily our tracks.
